Hull City
Sergej Jakirović wants Hull City to sustain their attacking intensity for longer periods after another opportunity to secure a Premier League victory slipped away against Brentford. Oli McBurnie's penalty gave the Tigers the lead, but Dango Ouattara equalised in the second half to extend Hull's winless league run to six matches. Their unbeaten home record offers encouragement, although Jakirović believes the side must improve on the promising football produced during the opening stages against Brentford.
The Hull manager has received some welcome fitness updates. McBurnie has recovered from a minor rib problem and Lewie Coyle has trained normally after experiencing hamstring discomfort. Nobel Mendy is also available for selection again, although Lucas Herrington could retain his place in the back five. Further forward, Mohamed Belloumi is expected to supply McBurnie, with Tim Iroegbunam and Regan Slater providing midfield support. Jack Butland has resumed group training, but his matchday involvement remains undecided, leaving Konstantinos Tzolakis as the likely starting goalkeeper.
