Bournemouth
Marco Rose has transformed Bournemouth's momentum with five consecutive victories and five clean sheets, a sequence strengthened by Wednesday's 3-0 Carabao Cup win over Aston Villa. Amine Adli, Lewis Cook and Álvaro Rodríguez scored as a much-changed side progressed to the quarter-finals. The German coach believes his players are benefiting from greater consistency after addressing the defensive problems that undermined their opening weeks. Bournemouth have now scored 14 goals without reply across their last five matches in all competitions.
A return to a more familiar starting eleven is expected after the midweek rotation. Djordje Petrović remains Rose's first-choice goalkeeper, while Adam Smith, James Hill and Adrien Truffert should return to the defence. Justin Kluivert is likely to operate behind Evanilson, supported by Marcus Tavernier and Rayan. In midfield, Lewis Cook faces competition from Ryan Christie to partner Tyler Adams. Alex Scott and Alex Tóth remain unavailable, while Eli Junior Kroupi is being eased back into competitive action following his injury absence.
