Arsenal

Kai Havertz and Ezri Konsa are both doubts for the visit of Leeds United. Viktor Gyökeres is expected to lead the line in Havertz's absence, while Cristhian Mosquera is in line to deputise for Konsa at centre-back. Declan Rice is also doubtful with a muscle injury, although he is expected to start.

Christos Tzolis remains out with the hamstring injury he sustained on international duty, with Eberechi Eze expected on the left in his absence. William Saliba is still sidelined with a back injury. Jurriën Timber looks set to keep his place at right-back after starting against Brighton, and the choice alongside Rice in midfield remains open between Bruno Guimarães and Myles Lewis-Skelly.

Leeds United

Daniel James is set to miss out at Arsenal after returning from international duty with a back problem. Joe Rodon remains sidelined too and has only resumed individual work in his recovery from a thigh injury, while Mateo Joseph is out with a knee injury.

There is better news elsewhere: both Harry Wilson and Jean-Mattéo Bahoya have returned to training and could be available, though neither is expected to start. Noah Okafor has been withdrawn in each of his last four starts, never making it beyond the 76th minute, while Dominic Calvert-Lewin has contributed two goals and an assist in the last five matches.
