Ronald Araújo has taken the right-back spot from Jeremie Frimpong after just one appearance there. Araújo impressed on his full debut in the role against Ipswich, while Frimpong - restricted to 42 per cent of his duels won across his two outings so far - didn't feature at all last time out and now finds himself passed over again for Atlético's visit.
Ryan Gravenberch and Alexis Mac Allister remain locked in a near-even contest for the holding midfield role, with little to choose between them so far. On the right, Cody Gakpo is a doubt after missing Monday's final training session as a precaution, which puts Víctor Muñoz in line to deputise once more. Up front, Alexander Isak continues to lead the attack in fine form, with three goals from seven shots in his last three appearances.
