Marco Asensio remains sidelined with a muscle injury and will miss Fenerbahçe's visit from Roma, having managed only two starts across the last four matches before this one.

There is a bigger gap to fill in midfield. Matteo Guendouzi had started every match so far this season but now serves a suspension after his red card, with İsmail Yüksek in line to fill in alongside N'Golo Kanté.
