Fulham
Álvaro Arbeloa is expected to retain the full-backs who started Fulham's draw at Aston Villa. Antonee Robinson should continue on the left ahead of Ryan Sessegnon, while Timothy Castagne is likely to keep the right-back position ahead of Kenny Tete. Robinson and Castagne have each started four of the Cottagers' last five matches.
Further forward, Gonzalo García and Oscar Bobb have started all five recent matches and been substituted in each of them. Alex Iwobi and Josh King are also expected to keep their places, while Sander Berge and Shea Charles should continue together in central midfield.
Newcastle United
Lewis Miley is doubtful with a muscle injury, so Amar Dedić is expected to continue at right-back for Newcastle against Fulham. Fabian Schär should retain his place at right centre-back ahead of Malick Thiaw. Anthony Elanga is also expected to keep his attacking role after making his first recent start against Everton, with Jacob Murphy missing out after starting three of the previous four matches.
The Magpies are without Ewen Jaouen, Valentino Livramento and the suspended Jacob Ramsey. Matias Fernandez-Pardo is doubtful through illness and is not expected to start, although his return remains possible around this fixture. Will Osula should therefore continue in attack.
