Lincoln City

Yunus Konak is expected to hold on to his place in central midfield after making his first start of the last five matches against Millwall, continuing ahead of Conor McGrandles, who started four of those five games but did not play last time out. Tom Hamer and Callum Elder have both featured sparingly during that period and are not expected to start.

Lincoln City have rotated at left-back, with Andrei Coubiș and Ryley Towler both used there across the last five matches. Both are expected to start against Burnley, although Coubiș is likely to move to right-back. Dom Jefferies is also expected to retain his place on the right of midfield.

Burnley

Burnley will be without Jamie Vardy for the trip to Lincoln City after a back injury ruled him out. Jacob Bruun Larsen is also sidelined for up to three months with a stress fracture, leaving Marcus Edwards expected to start on the left.

In central defence, Anel Ahmedhodzic remains out with a knock, with Hjalmar Ekdal expected to continue after making his first start in five games against Wolverhampton Wanderers. Zeki Amdouni remains doubtful because of an ankle injury, having started three of the last five games up front. In goal, Max Weiß is expected to start, with Grégoire Coudert, who has started three of the last five games there, the alternative.
