Charlton Athletic

Nathan Jones plans to change a Charlton side that has relied largely on the same group of players, with others now set to get a chance. That shift is expected to arrive up front, where Charlie Kelman is preferred to Miles Leaburn, who has started each of Charlton's past five games.

Matty Godden and Nathaniel Chalobah are both closing in on a return from injury, although neither is expected to start against Norwich. Collins Sichenje and Rob Apter remain out with knee injuries. Ivan Mesik should keep his place at left-back, while Karlan Grant, who has started all five recent matches, continues in attack alongside Tyreece Campbell.

Norwich City

Vladan Kovacevic remains doubtful for Norwich's trip to Charlton because of a concussion, with Daniel Grimshaw expected to continue in goal. Kenny McLean and Mohamed Toure remain sidelined too; Philippe Clement has said McLean's ankle issue is not expected to keep him out for long. Anthony Musaba, who missed the Portsmouth defeat with illness, could return.

Up front, Mathias Kvistgaarden is expected to return to the line-up after Jovon Makama's first start last weekend, with Makama again the alternative. Paris Maghoma and Anis Ben Slimane continue to contest the attacking midfield role just behind him, and Jack Stacey is expected to keep his spot at right-back.
