Umar Sadiq marked his return from injury with the winning goal in Valencia's 1-0 victory at Elche, giving Aguirre another attacking option before Real Madrid's visit. José Copete remains out with an ankle problem, while Diego López and Sergi Canós are both sidelined with knee injuries. David Otorbi is doubtful with a hamstring issue after scoring in his only start of the last five matches.
Arnau Martínez is expected to continue at right-back after making his first start of that run against Elche. Pepelu and César Tárrega are expected to occupy the central defensive positions, while Pablo Maffeo could move into midfield.
Real Madrid
Real Madrid remain without Vinicius Júnior, who is suspended following a straight red card, and Rodrygo, who is out with a knee ligament injury. Yan Diomande is expected to continue on the left after scoring three goals and providing two assists in his last four starts. Federico Valverde, available again after missing the Racing Santander match with discomfort, was included in the squad against AEK Athens and is expected to start at right-back.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is also expected to return after not playing against AEK Athens, while Dean Huijsen and Ibrahima Konaté could come back into central defence. Denzel Dumfries and Éder Militão had both made their first starts of the last five matches in Athens. Further forward, the choice between Endrick and Aurélien Tchouaméni remains open.
