Sabah
Sabah have no points from their league-phase opener, a 4-0 defeat away at Manchester United, and go into Tuesday's home game against Slavia Prague sitting 34th after that single outing.
The side look set to switch from the 4-4-2 used in their last league match to a 4-2-3-1, with Kaheem Parris the only out-and-out striker in a forward line otherwise built around wide players.
The squad has also lost Oluwasen Timilehin, who left Sabah this month to join Kosovo side Ferizaj.
Slavia Prague
David Zima and Lukáš Provod are expected to continue in Slavia's side after making their comebacks from injury against Zlín, Zima in defence and Provod in attack. David Moses and Mubarak Suleiman also returned in that same match – Suleiman for the first time since late August – but neither man is expected to start against Sabah.
Štěpán Chaloupek will miss the trip and faces around a month out with a muscle injury. At right-back, Tomáš Holeš is expected to start ahead of Mikuláš Konečný.
Slavia sit 23rd in the table without a point after a 3-2 home defeat to Lens, with Samuel Isife and Danijel Šturm combining for two goals and two assists over the last five matches.
