PSV

Ruben van Bommel and Ricardo Pepi could both return for Feyenoord's visit after missing the defeat at Porto. Van Bommel trained with the group for much of the previous week but was not fit enough to feature, and Peter Bosz hoped to use him against Feyenoord. Pepi could also be an option, although PSV will assess his condition after the return from Portugal.

Sven Mijnans remains sidelined with one match left to serve of his suspension. Armando Obispo is expected to return at left centre-back after Yarek Gąsiorowski made his first start in the last five matches against Porto. Matěj Kovář is likely to continue in goal.

Feyenoord

Jakub Moder is closing in on a first-team return after a long absence with a knee injury, with Giovanni van Bronckhorst indicating this week that he was very close to rejoining the squad. Shaqueel van Persie, out with a separate injury, will need longer. Moder is not expected to start against PSV.

Elsewhere, Gaoussou Diarra, Sem Steijn, Tsuyoshi Watanabe and Thijs Kraaijeveld are all expected to start after coming off the bench, or not featuring, against Real Betis in midweek. Watanabe recently returned from a calf injury. Tjark Ernst is likely to continue in goal, with Anis Hadj Moussa retaining his place further forward.
