Bayern Munich
Several regular starters are expected to return after the trip to Viking: Manuel Neuer is set to come back in goal, Aleksandar Pavlović should return in midfield, and Alphonso Davies is expected to start at left-back after appearing as a half-time substitute in that game.
Jamal Musiala is a doubt because of a muscle problem and is expected to miss out again. Harry Kane and Michael Olise have started each of the last five matches, scoring six and five goals respectively, and both are set to continue in attack. Josip Stanisic is expected to start at right-back.
RB Leipzig
The choice on RB Leipzig's right remains open: Brajan Gruda, back from an abdominal injury and already a starter in the Champions League match against PSV, is the alternative to Andrija Maksimović. Antonio Nusa is set to continue on the left, having contributed two goals and three assists in his last five matches.
At the back, Lukas Klostermann remains suspended after accumulating yellow cards, with Ridle Baku expected to continue at right-back. Christoph Baumgartner, Marc Guiu and Assan Ouédraogo all remain out through injury. Leipzig, fifth with nine points, go into Saturday's trip to Bayern Munich having won three of their last five league matches, including a 6-0 win over Eintracht Frankfurt.
