Galatasaray
Wilfried Singo is back in Galatasaray's squad for the first time since late August after recovering from a hamstring injury, while Rafael Leão is now the club's only injured player. Singo is not expected to start against Fenerbahçe, with Roland Sallai continuing at right-back.
Eren Elmalı, Mario Lemina and Leroy Sané are all expected to return to the starting side after appearing only as late substitutes in the defeat at Lille. Victor Osimhen should lead the line, while Gabriel Sara continues in midfield after being withdrawn in each of his four recent starts. Barış Alper Yılmaz is expected to keep his place on the left, having started four of the last five matches.
Fenerbahçe
Fenerbahçe have confirmed two fresh injuries ahead of the match at Galatasaray. Nathan Aké is expected to be out for around three weeks with a hamstring strain, with Kojo Peprah Oppong set to partner Milan Škriniar at centre-back. Marco Asensio has also undergone knee surgery and faces around three months of treatment and rehabilitation, having started once in the recent run.
Münir Mercan is expected at left-back ahead of Archie Brown, with Matteo Guendouzi and N'Golo Kanté in midfield. Mason Greenwood should continue on the right after scoring three times in his last five starts, while Oğuz Aydın retains his place on the left. Romelu Lukaku is expected to return in attack after appearing as a substitute last time out, with Vedat Muriqi missing out on a starting place.
